MidStrong is a community of people thriving through a commitment to functional fitness, proper nutrition, and better health. We use an online coaching platform to deliver expert coaching, outstanding workouts, sustained results, and genuine community support. Anywhere, anytime!

We provide fitness and nutrition coaching through an online coaching platform that allows you to choose from various levels of exercise programming, with workouts delivered to your inbox weekly, that will allow you to effectively and safely develop functional fitness, improve your health, help you to lose weight, and enjoy the kind of life you’ve always dreamed about.

Every Sunday you’ll receive a workout plan for the following week. It’s organized by daily themes, such as Metabolic Monday, Weightlifting Wednesday, and Therapeutic Thursday.

These workouts will be supported by an ever growing library of brief instructional videos that will demonstrate proper form for the prescribed exercises. Each video will include relevant coaching points on how to perform the movements safely and effectively, as well as common flaws that you’ll want to correct or avoid. You can access these videos directly from your mobile device when you need to reference them in the middle of a workout.

We’ll take the guessing and confusion out of your exercise programming. No longer will you show up at the gym and wonder what to do, or not to do, how much or how little, cardio vs strength, or any other confusing decisions faced by most folks in the gym.

This will be like having the very best strength and conditioning coach or personal trainer guiding and coaching you, but at a fraction of the typical cost of those services.

You’ll also have access to a private community forum where you’ll receive guidance on fitness and nutrition, or can ask questions, share your progress, and find support and encouragement.

Through this private medium, we will share weekly and daily health, fitness, and nutrition information and guidance.

As MidStrongers you’ll be invited to Members Only live events where you’ll have access to some of the top fitness and health experts.

If you’re already a member of a typical gym, great! They’ll have just about everything you’ll need to succeed. If you prefer to train at home you’ll only need a modest amount of exercise equipment to successfully leverage the expert workout programming from MidStrong.

MidStrongers will be able to choose between various levels of exercise programming. We all have different goals and objectives, so one size never fits all. The levels will vary mostly by the degree of intensity, volume, and frequency of the workout plans. For somebody who just wants to feel a little better and maybe lose a few lbs and only can devote a few days each week to this, they’ll find the Strengthen level of programming appropriate for them. Likewise, for the ambitious and athletic, who really want to be challenged, they too will find programming levels appropriate to their level of fitness and their goals, such as our Transform and Ignite levels.
