Keep it simple, Silly! - The "easiest" core exercise

We train Core in some fashion as part of everything we do. It's the foundation of our MidStrong Functional Training Method.

Because it's the foundation, we build it first, literally prioritizing it by doing it before our other work. Some days, it's hard. Others are more basic.

One of our fundamental exercises is the Hip (Glute) Bridge.

If we polled our membership, we'd have a consensus that Bridges are the "easiest" core exercise we do.

Here's a short tutorial about how to get the most out of this "easy" core exercise. I also added a couple of variations to spice things up when you want more.

Hip Bridges are one of the moves we include in our Ironclad Core Regimen. It's a super-effective and super-simple core exercise routine that will get you started on developing ironclad core strength. Requires zero equipment and can be done anywhere in just six minutes.
