Road Warrior Workout

Here's a great workout you can take with you on the road. I put together this YouTube playlist so you can easily access this when traveling.

Equipment required: Some dumbbells

Time to complete: 16 to 24 minutes

Level of difficulty: Moderate to Advanced (depends on the loads you choose and how fast/hard you go)

How to do it:

  • Complete 4 to 6 rounds of these 4 exercises

  • Each round is 40 seconds of work, followed by 20 seconds rest

  • Repeat each round with no additional programmed rest

  • Work at a measured pace but finish strong

  1. DB Goblet Squat or DB Thrusters (your preference)

  2. DB Row (alternate 5 reps per side through the 40 sec work interval)

  3. DB Reverse Lunge or DB Step-up (alternate each rep)

  4. DB Shotgun Press or Floor Press (alternate each rep)
