Three hours a week is the minimum commitment level we suggest to achieve a maximum healthspan—whether it’s in three 60-minute sessions, four of 45-minute bursts, or even six days of 30-minute workouts.
If three hours a week is not something that you're able to commit to, no worries. Save your money for now and come back to us when you are ready to prioritize your health and all the good stuff that comes with it.

There’s no mistake—our personal fitness training is challenging. It's fast-paced and high energy, and not for the faint of heart (or those who wouldn’t get a thumbs up from a doc).
Starting an Old Grad Strong program from a full stop with no exercise experience can be a challenge. But, everyone has to start from somewhere. We meet you where you are. We never judge. And our community welcomes all our new members wit open arms.
Better yet, we are very experienced at helping our new members ramp up quickly and safely. In just a couple of weeks, they begin to feel noticeably stronger, more capable, and more comfortable in our group sessions.

You ARE stronger than your excuses. We can help you live up to that.
But you have to show up for yourself and do the work.
Sure, we can all use a little accountability help every once in a while, but this program won't work if we have to chase you down to get you to show up. If you need help building momentum, say so in your goals—we’ll give you the nudges and support you need.
Just know that eventually, you’ll have to discover your “why” and dig deep to keep showing up after the initial enthusiasm begins to fade. We can’t and won’t chase you down. We don’t cajole, shame, or plead. You’ll need to make a commitment to yourself and honor that.
Until that happens, you’ll never get unstuck and any progress you do make will only be temporary.

Julie Reilly
As our members often say, Coach Julie is the brains and beauty behind MidStrong and Old Grad Strong!
Like Paul, she has been an athlete and fitness enthusiast her entire life.
Julie is a dedicated and knowledgeable trainer who earned her certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a specialized Nutrition Coaching certification from Precision Nutrition.
She understands the challenges women face as they navigate the transitions that come with aging, including managing children leaving home, balancing full-time work, caring for aging parents, and experiencing various physical and emotional changes. Julie recognizes that what worked in your 20s may not be effective in your 40s, 50s, and beyond.
With a strong commitment to empowering women, she helps them navigate the challenges of menopause, instilling confidence in the process. Having experienced the ups and downs of these changes herself, Julie knows the importance of being strong both physically and mentally as you age and understands how challenging it can be to prioritize yourself.
In addition to her professional expertise, Julie enjoys reading, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, spending time with her family, and traveling.
Whether guiding women through their health journeys or creating memories with her family, Julie brings warmth and care to everything she does.
Leah Heil
USMA class of ‘03, Leah has been a member of our OGS tribe for over a year.
In that time, she has distinguished herself with her consistency and commitment to optimal health and healthspan. She earned her certification as a Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Leah recently achieved a remarkable accomplishment, completing a 70.3 triathlon in an impressive 5:20, being the first female competitor out of the water. It was her first race at this distance!
As part of our team, Leah’s focus is to coach other West Point Women and members whose goals include endurance sports.
She’s excited to help all our current and future members stay stronger than their excuses.
