Do it anyway

If you wait until you feel good to train, you’ll get in about 20 workouts a year.

Sure, if you’re genuinely sick or exhausted, you should rest. There’s no shame in taking a zero day when you’re under the weather or totally depleted. Unless you have some sort of serious illness, these days should total no more than 10 per year.

So, for the other 335 days, you need to show up (you made a commitment to yourself and a significant investment) and do the work regardless of whether you feel sh*tty, great, or just meh.

Here’s your secret formula to achieving your dream body composition:

#1 Show up (for yourself) consistently

#2 Do the work - it involves intentional discomfort

#3 Be patient - it’s gonna take the time it takes

#4 Repeat - start again at the top - Show up

You’ll thank yourself.

Yep, you can do this. Don’t settle. You are stronger than your excuses; we’ll help you live up to that.
