Too Busy to Workout This Week? Try This Simple & Effective Workout

I'm sure this will be a busy week for most with the mid-week holiday. Hopefully a fun week as well. Lots of members are traveling. All that will probably make it challenging to stick with our training routine and get our 3+ workouts this week.

But what week isn't busy?? I mean, busy is our normal, right?! So, let's not let a little busyness knock us off course. Busyness is our enemy and our excuse.

Remember... we are stronger than our excuses.

With that in mind, here's a simple and effective workout that you can take with you and could be done anywhere at any time. Requires zero equipment, will hit the entire body, get your blood pumping, and scorch some body fat.

Work Capacity - AMRAP 25 (As Many Rounds As Possible in 25 minutes)

  • HRPU - 8 

  • Knee Tucks - 12

  • Squat - 16

  • Mt Climbers - 20 ea

  • Dead Bug Alt Reach - 16 ea

  • Body weight Walking Lunges - 12 ea

  • Sit Thru's - 8 ea

Coaching points:

  • Cycle through this circuit for as many rounds as you can in 25 minutes

  • Remember to warm up thoroughly

  • Set a timer and go

  • Go at whatever pace you feel you can hold steady for 25 min

  • As you get closer to the end of the 25 min, put the pedal to the metal and finish strong

  • We are shooting for an RPE of 8 on this (not sure what RPE means, please reply or message me)
