Member Spotlight - Brian Heffernan

Let me introduce you to our good friend and fellow MidStronger, Brian Heffernan!

Brian has been kind enough to share his experience as a MidStrong member. He has been a local Westborough member for over a year and consistently puts out a huge effort practically every morning with our 6:30 am small group personal training session.

Besides being an all-around awesome dude, he is married to the lovely and superhuman-strong Nancy Heff and is the father of four amazing and accomplished children. He is an alumnus of Brown University, where he was a two-sport athlete - football and lacrosse. He is a partner in a successful financial planning and services firm, Northeast Planning Associates. And finally, Brian has been a leader, selfless contributor, and coach to numerous community organizations in our town.

We are fortunate to call Brian a friend and even more so to have him as a member of our amazing MidStronger tribe!
